As an HR Training & Development Executive in the Manufacturing Industry located in Solan, Baddi, you will be responsible for identifying the training and development needs of all departments within the company. You will collaborate with department managers to create effective training programs that yield tangible results. Additionally, you will be in charge of organizing training materials, ensuring program adherence to budget constraints, and evaluating the progress of trainees and presenting reports to senior management. Your role will involve staying abreast of the latest HR technologies and training software to enhance the training programs. You will address employee queries and concerns related to training and development initiatives and promptly resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in HR Training & Development and hold a Professional Degree qualification. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience level. The working environment is conducive for both female married candidates and male candidates. The job location is in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, and requires individuals with a minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience in the field.
