About us:
Blacksof is an experience design studio established 5 years back catering services in the fields of Communication Design, UI/UX Design, and 2D. The ethos of the studio lies in solving problems through design. We follow a comprehensive process that encompasses market research, consulting the stakeholders, designing collaterals, and drafting a strategic execution plan. More often than not we find ourselves giving strategic inputs about the client's product, pricing, positioning, and growth plan to them. These are a few elements that become our differentiators.

Job Description:
We’re seeking an HR Trainee to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategiesfor potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others
across various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the human resource manager to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and portfolios
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of the candidate profiles on the HRM platform
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates

Required skills and qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media and professional networks
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
