Job Description

You will be responsible for partnering across HR and the enterprise to maximize investments in HR technology. Your role will involve designing solutions that are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, operationally excellent, and performant. You will need to develop solution options, recommendations, and designs based on domain roadmaps/requirements, enterprise security standards, and reference architectures. Identifying and evaluating new technologies, innovations, and outsourced partner relationships for alignment with the technology roadmap and business value will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will lead and coordinate technical reviews, leverage technical and business expertise to influence business strategy, and provide expert technical advice to domain delivery teams. Additionally, you will monitor solution compliance with architecture principles, provide consultation and feedback for application development and design reviews in HR system implementations. Collaboration on a global scale to deliver solutions and advocating for the adoption of standard methodologies will also be crucial aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, HR IT Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant in an environment with a mix of SaaS and custom-developed systems. Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with outstanding analytical and fact-finding capabilities. You should be proficient in designing and integrating software systems across multiple platform types and be able to communicate product architectures effectively. Moreover, you need to have a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to design solutions that address those needs comprehensively. Strong relationship-building skills, efficient time and resource management abilities, and the capacity to work independently are also required for this role.
