Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an Analyst in People Technology, part Platform & Engineering in EWT.  

The People Technology Team oversees the provisioning and governance of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation, Integrations, and Appian-HR. Additionally, they ensure the delivery of BAU support across the People Calendar. Their mission is to provide accurate and timely support to a variety of internal clients within the People Function, EWT, and the broader firm.

This role will enable you to continually develop your interest in HR Technology.

You will have hands on experience within a busy office environment, resolving problems and escalating issues when required. Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills will also be required to succeed in this role.

The role entails day to day support of business-as-usual activities and providing support to Assistant Managers & Managers in the delivery of HR Calendar activities and system developments. 

This critical role demands exceptional levels of accuracy, quality, and integrity in managing important and sensitive data about our talented people and external candidates.

To excel in this role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Assist in the day to day support of People Systems which include Successfactors, Integrations & Appian
  • Manage a central mailbox, ServiceNow and responding to all queries in a timely manner (within SLAs)
  • Assistance with re-engineering of PAS processes
  • Identifying and raising issues with data integrity and assist in working to make improvements
  • Creation of training documentation to support the knowledge sharing of new systems, processes or changes to existing processes
  • Assist in the delivery of a number of People Function technology projects as appropriate
  • Intermediate > Advanced level in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in administration of IT systems / databases would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of Successfactors & Appian is desirable
  • Highly numerate with data analysis skills with the ability and desire to build on these
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience of working in/supporting a HR (People) Function with a good understanding of the issues it may face, whilst possessing high levels of initiative and ability to apply knowledge to triage and support a range of issues to achieve effective solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload fed from various sources, thinking outside of the box when required
  • Candidates should be capable of operating effectively day to day with minimal supervision, referring to management when required.
