You will be responsible for job posting, sourcing, screening, and hiring interviews for candidates. You will track candidate databases and possess strong skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written), as well as negotiation. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Chat GPT, and digital content creation is required. This role offers flexibility in job types including full-time, part-time, fresher, and internship positions. The expected working hours are 40 per week with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. As part of the benefits, you will have a flexible schedule.
