Evaluating the candidate's profile, career aspirations and role fitment and counseling them on how the job offered suits best to their career. Submit CV's to clients and coordination for feedback until the position is closed Supporting in all recruiting activities like walk-in interviews, mass e-mailing, job posting etc. Following up on the interview process status Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Will be assisting the Assistant Manager for the profiles shared Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
