Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Management Manage end-to-end recruitment for kitchen, service, and managerial staff. Develop effective hiring strategies to ensure timely staffing across outlets. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain attendance records and manage salary processing. Ensure legal compliance, including labor laws, health cards, and employee documentation. Keep all HR records and contracts up to date. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture. Conduct periodic performance evaluations and assist in career development. Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction. 4. HR Administration & Reporting Maintain and update HR databases and records. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 2 - 4 years in HR, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail. Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in HR matters. Preferred Candidate: Female candidate based in Kochi, willing to work from the Vyttila Head Office.
