Job Description
As an HR Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and providing support in recruitment activities. Your main duties will include managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance, collaborating with different teams to enhance the employee experience, and assisting recruitment by handling scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, proficiency in HRIS tools (preferably Zoho) and HR policies, a basic understanding of recruitment workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and a people-first mindset. This position is based in Gurgaon and is a full-time opportunity.
