Job Description: HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the organization. This
includes identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews,
headhunting and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, indeed, Apna etc., and  various other channels like job boards, employee referrals, social media including headhunting.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members
  • Manage the hiring process from job posting to offer letter, including background checks and reference checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate communications
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events

What we are looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Master’s or Bachelor & degree in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools
  • Experience in the field of desired recruitment or industry will be an added advantage
