As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process of the company to identify and hire suitable candidates. A crucial aspect of this role involves attracting high-quality applicants and ensuring the best match between candidates and positions. Your success will be measured by the increase in the recruitment of outstanding employees who are retained within the organization. Your main responsibilities will include identifying staffing requirements, drafting job descriptions, establishing a recruitment system, building a network for recruitment on various platforms, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and presenting a refined list of candidates to the management team. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with recruitment databases and tools, familiarity with recruitment best practices and employment regulations, the capacity to work autonomously while handling multiple recruitment processes, and knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment channels are essential.
