Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including agents, administrative staff, sales teams, and management positions. Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation are completed efficiently. Conduct background checks and employment verifications. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Good understanding of the real estate sector, including roles and responsibilities specific to real estate professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
