The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the real estate sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company attracts and retains the best professionals to meet our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the real estate sector. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to attract potential candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, job portals, and referrals to identify and attract top talent. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews with the hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. Offer Management: Assist in the preparation of job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance PROPKARMAAs employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the HR database. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity guidelines. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to HR leadership and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its talent requirements. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
