Job Description
As an HR Recruiter located in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across departments. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels, coordinating and conducting interviews and follow-ups, as well as maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. It is essential to possess a sound knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies. To be eligible for this role, you should have an MBA in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. The position is full-time, with shift timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency in English and previous experience as an HR Recruiter for at least 2 years.
