Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Performance-Based
Working Hours: Flexible (Minimum 45 hours per day)


About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Recruitment Intern to join our team remotely. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in the recruitment domain and understand the fundamentals of talent acquisition in a professional environment. The role is performance-based, with the possibility of earning a stipend depending on your contributions and results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and other channels

  • Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Draft and post job descriptions on multiple platforms

  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and keep data organized

  • Engage with candidates professionally via email, phone, or messaging tools

  • Support onboarding activities and HR documentation when needed


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and Naukri is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment process is preferred

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
