Job Description

 1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies: This involves creating and implementing plans to attract qualified candidates, often using various online platforms and networking events.   
  • Sourcing candidates: Utilizing online channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional forums, as well as employee referrals.   
  • Screening resumes and applications: Evaluating candidates based on qualifications and experience.   
  • Conducting interviews: Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through various interview methods (phone, video, or in-person).   
2. Hiring Process Management:
  • Coordinating interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.   
  • Maintaining candidate records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).   
  • Managing the offer process: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating onboarding.   
3. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partnering with hiring managers: Understanding their needs and providing guidance on the recruitment process.   
  • Building relationships with candidates: Maintaining communication throughout the hiring process and beyond.   
  • Providing recruitment insights: Sharing feedback and recommendations with the HR team.   
4. Other Responsibilities:
  • Developing recruitment strategies: This includes identifying future hiring needs and working with senior HR managers to address them.   
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.   
  • Staying up-to-date on HR best practices: Continuously learning about new recruitment trends and technologies.
