Job Description
1. Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies: This involves creating and implementing plans to attract qualified candidates, often using various online platforms and networking events.
- Sourcing candidates: Utilizing online channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional forums, as well as employee referrals.
- Screening resumes and applications: Evaluating candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conducting interviews: Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through various interview methods (phone, video, or in-person).
- Coordinating interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Managing the offer process: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers: Understanding their needs and providing guidance on the recruitment process.
- Building relationships with candidates: Maintaining communication throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Providing recruitment insights: Sharing feedback and recommendations with the HR team.
