Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various methods such as headhunting, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment. Additionally, you will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions. It will be your duty to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees while ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in field/bulk/blue-collar recruitment. Strong on-ground sourcing & coordination skills are essential for this role, and immediate availability is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement. The work location is in person.,
