Job Description
As an HR cum Admin at our Taloja location, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of both the administrative and human resources aspects of our organization. Your general admin responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, managing office supplies and equipment, handling documentation control, issuing purchase orders, and drafting contracts. In terms of HR admin duties, you will oversee recruitment and selection processes, coordinate interview arrangements, support staff training and development initiatives, maintain employee records and job descriptions, handle employment contract renewals and increments, and prepare necessary letters as required. The successful candidate for this role should have at least a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You should be able to multitask effectively, work independently, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, possessing a positive work attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, initiative, and good time management capabilities are essential for this position. In addition to the specified responsibilities, you may be assigned other duties by the management as needed.
