As an HR Recruiter based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in job portals and various recruitment methods. Your role will involve understanding the organizational requirements and devising innovative recruitment strategies. Thinking creatively and stepping away from conventional recruitment procedures will be key aspects of your work. In this position, you will need to be prepared to work beyond office boundaries, establishing connections and networking effectively. Occasional travel to company branches or rural areas may be required to conduct recruitment activities. Building strong relationships and being adaptable to new recruitment approaches suggested by the company will be vital to your success. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all vacancies are filled within the specified timeframe, strictly adhering to company recruitment criteria, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This involves tasks such as shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews with department heads, verifying documents and backgrounds, and submitting complete files to HR management for offer release. Following up with candidates until their date of joining and assisting in the onboarding process will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you are expected to possess qualities such as being smart, active, and having excellent communication skills. Fluency in English, age below 30 years, and the ability to work from the Coimbatore branch are essential requirements. You will also be responsible for handling TN-KAR recruitment and should be prepared for occasional travel.
