The HR Recruiter position requires a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the chemical industry and offers a salary of up to 4 to 5 LPA. Based in Sandhurst Road, Mumbai, you will be tasked with managing the recruitment process to attract, select, and hire top talent within the industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing job postings and applications, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will be expected to maintain relationships with recruitment sources, ensure compliance with employment laws, and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong knowledge of hiring practices within the chemical industry, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Diploma/Degree in Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
