About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Trainee Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding support for various departments, especially for factory and frontline roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding manpower requirements from department heads
• Post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Source resumes using job portals, referrals, campus drives, and social media
• Screen candidates through phone interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate records and provide timely status updates
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation
• Support mass/factory recruitment activities and walk-in drives
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly hiring reports
• Assist in employer branding and engagement initiatives

Candidate requirements

Qualifications:

• Any Degree or MBA (HR)
