Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Timings: 10.00am to 7.00pm (IST) Workdays: Monday to Friday Off days: Sundays, and Indian Holidays Position Type: Full-Time - On Site (Ahmedabad) Joining: Immediately Job Description: HR Recruiter Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing company. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent inhouse and external (client side). The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing the best talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs. Source potential candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct reference checks and background verification as required. Assist in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding of new hires. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate profiles. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates. Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. High level of discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
