Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract qualified delivery executive candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and local community outreach initiatives. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process, including document verification, training sessions, and orientation into the organization. Local Engagement: Build strong relationships within the community to maintain a steady pipeline of potential candidates. Field Coordination: Monitor and support delivery executives" performance and address operational challenges.
