What Youll Do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Leverage sourcing tools, job portals, social platforms & referrals
Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every step
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proficient in using ATS and modern sourcing platforms
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
