Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs. Your main focus will be on end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment and selection processes. It is preferred to have consultancy experience and possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The working schedule will consist of 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays included (Hybrid work model). The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR/recruitment/administration/IR/training & development/operations. The salary range for this position is between 2 Lac 75 Thousand to 4 Lac 25 Thousand P.A. The industry you will be working in is HR/Recruitment/Administration/IR/Training & Development/Operations, and the preferred qualification is a Bachelor's degree in any field. Key skills required for this role include end-to-end recruitment, IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, volume hiring, good negotiation skills, and familiarity with locations like Sohna Road.
