Job Description
HR Operations Executive
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
