Job Description

The HR Operations Associate will be responsible for various tasks including recruiting staff, coordinating job adverts, reviewing application forms, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates. Additionally, you will schedule meetings between new clients and supervisors or project managers. The role requires full-time availability during office hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm) to provide daily operational support in HR. You will also be handling employee queries regarding HR regulations and benefits. Moreover, as an HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing policies related to working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary systems, and absence management. You will need to interpret and provide advice on employment law matters. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred along with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate employment laws effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should either hold a technical education degree or be currently pursuing one. Full-time availability during office hours and a commitment period of 3-6 months are required.
