Job Description
The job involves maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS and internal databases, assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, managing leave and attendance tracking systems, and supporting in generating HR reports. You will also be responsible for drafting HR letters and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining employee information confidentiality. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Business Admin, along with 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Working knowledge of HRMS platforms is a plus, and you should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
