Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate contractual manpower and their records Prepare and maintain contracts and agreements related to HR and vendors Handle record keeping and documentation for employees and contract workers Oversee time office functions, including attendance tracking and reporting Work with HR software and tools such as Savior and MS Excel Maintain employee databases and generate HR reports as needed Support general HR and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Bachelors degree, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles Good knowledge of labour laws and contract management Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with tools like Savior Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Yearly bonus Experience: Contractor management: 1 year (Preferred) Manpower Handling : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
