Job Description
How can you make an Impact Collect, compile, and maintain HR data (e.g., Monthly Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, L&D MIS, Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports, including HR metrics. Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making for major HR initiatives. Create and maintain daily operational data & dashboards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed Identify opportunities to streamline MIS processes and enhance data quality through automation or system upgrades. Support HR leadership with customized reports for audits, reviews, or strategic planning. What are we looking for If you are a Bachelors degree in commerce, masters preferred and passionate about data analysis.
