Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Officer (Fresher) to join our team. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in both human resources and marketing, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to various aspects of business growth and people management. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. Help organize employee engagement programs and internal communications. Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Marketing: Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. Assist in content creation for social media, email, and website promotions. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Help plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns.
