Job Title: Marketing Intern (HR/Recruitment) Location: Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida Stipend: Fixed + Incentives Male and Female Both can Apply About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Visit corporate offices and engage with HR decision-makers to understand their manpower needs. Generate leads for vendor empanelment in recruitment and build long-term client relationships. Pitch recruitment services, negotiate terms, and close deals with companies. Facilitate tie-ups and complete agreement formalities with new clients. Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly follow up to ensure a steady pipeline of business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment services. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport and engage with corporate clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a zeal to achieve targets. Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Qualifications: Any graduate or undergraduate with a passion for sales and marketing. Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, or recruitment sales will have an advantage.
