Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, implementing policies, and driving employee engagement. Salary: 30K-40K per month Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement. Requirements: MBA(HR) degree or relevant experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.
