Job Description
(Depending on performance, additional ESOPS for HRBP Level) Overview: As the Human Resource Manager for our dynamic e-learning platform, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and ensure a productive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. This role involves leading a team of HR professionals and collaborating closely with department heads to support our mission of providing high-quality educational services globally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Drive organizational development efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Lead the HR team in setting clear objectives that support the company's mission and vision. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: - Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. - Develop effective strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning. - Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement. 3. Employee Relations and Compliance: - Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and employee relations matters. - Ensure compliance with labour regulations and employment laws in all operational areas. - Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and fair policies. 4. Training and Development: - Design and implement training programs that align with employee development needs and business goals. - Support continuous learning and skill development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities - Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to optimize outcomes. 5. Compensation and Benefits: - Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness. - Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to make informed decisions regarding compensation packages. 6. HR Systems and Processes: - Implement and optimize HR systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security standards are met. - Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and measure HR effectiveness. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role within the e-learning or tech industry. - Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
