Job Description
Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and resolve conflicts per labor laws and company policies. Compliance & Labor Law Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regula ons, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records in line with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, Gratuity). Manage internal audits, documenta on, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Administer employee benefits programs, including medical benefits, insurance, and leave policies. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring mely feedback and development plans.
