Job Title: HR Manager cum Administrator Location: Thind Dental Clinic, Ludhiana, Punjab (Candidate should be from Ludhiana or nearby cities who can easily relocate) Experience: 3+ Years of experience in HR management as well as Administration work or related fields is Mandatory Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Joining: Immediate Job Overview: Thind Dental Clinic is looking for an HR Manager cum Administrator to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in both human resource management and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Key Responsibilities: HR Management Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems. Address grievances, employee concerns, and ensure a positive workplace culture. Maintain compliance with labor laws and clinic regulations. Administrative Management Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory of office supplies & medical equipment. Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordination with staff & doctors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the clinic. Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and administrative records. Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and administrative roles is a must. Skills: Experience in clinic/healthcare administration is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations effectively.
