Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and expertise in HR functions, policies, and compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities:


·        Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

·        Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and retain top talent.

·        Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company regulations.

·        Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention programs.

·        Handle compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

·        Provide HR analytics and reports to senior management for decision-making.

·        Resolve employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

·        Collaborate with leadership to support business expansion and workforce planning.

·        Implement HR tech solutions for process automation and efficiency.


Key Requirements:

·        Any relevant education

·        10+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR managerial role.

·        Strong understanding of HR technology, HRIS systems, and automation tools.

·        Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

·        Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

·        Experience with HR analytics, compensation structuring, and talent management.

·        Knowledge of HR laws, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.
