Job Description
As a Full-time employee in this role, your primary responsibilities will include Recruitment and Hiring, Employee Relations and Engagement, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compliance with Labor Laws, Employee Retention, Handling Grievances and Conflicts, Maintaining Employee Records, and Implementing HR Policies and Procedures. You will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships among employees, providing necessary training and development opportunities, managing employee performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee retention strategies, addressing grievances and conflicts, and maintaining accurate employee records. Moreover, you will be instrumental in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to create a positive work environment and promote organizational efficiency.
