Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Udupi, The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new employees, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The HR Manager will also be responsible for performance management, employee training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations in hospitality industry is must.
