Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a positive work culture. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives. 3. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems and guide managers in conducting evaluations. Develop strategies for employee career growth and succession planning. Provide feedback mechanisms and support employee development. 4. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Conduct workshops on leadership, communication, and compliance. 5. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures. 6. Compensation & Benefits Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures. 7. HR Analytics & Reporting Maintain employee records and generate reports for management insights. Use HR data to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies. Preferred Skills: Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a plus. Overall Work Experience preferred: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience with HR software and employee management systems.
