The HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also work closely with management to facilitate strategic initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
