Job Title: HR Manager Location: Selaiyur, East Tambaram, Chennai 600059 Experience Required:4 to 5 years Employment Type:Full-time Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Attendance Management: Oversee employee attendance tracking and ensure compliance with company policies. - Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. - Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. - HR Documentation & Policy Implementation: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company guidelines. - Coordination with Departments: Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
