Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities as per our Requirement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights. Design and create professional presentations for client pitches, team meetings, and other business-related events. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website). Source and attract candidates through active and passive recruitment methods, including networking, employee referrals, and talent databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams. Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and evaluation tools. On-boarding Coordination. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and insights for presentations. Translate technical or complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides. Training and development program coordination. Respond to operations and employee queries on various HR matters. Leaves and Attendance Management. Absenteeism monitoring and control. Maintaining Employee Records and personnel files. Handling employee concerns and grievances Identifying right candidates with required skill set and experience. Mentoring new team members and also taking responsibility for their active participation. Focusing on the Employee retention Counseling Facilitate exit interviews and revert to business with feedback and action plan.
