Job Description
1. **Recruitment & Staffing**: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring new employees. 2. **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment. 3. **Performance Management**: Oversee performance appraisals, set performance goals, and provide feedback to employees. 4. **Training & Development**: Plan and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills. 5. **Compensation & Benefits**: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. 6. **Policy Development**: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements. 7. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. 8. **Employee Engagement**: Develop programs to improve employee morale and job satisfaction. 9. **Organizational Development**: Support company culture, and work on succession planning and talent management strategies. 10. **HR Reporting**: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide data to senior management for decision-making.
