Key responsibilities and accountabilities


  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates fo  all positions, PTL Operation, FTL Operation, Audit, Fleet Operation, Fleet  Maintenance, warehouse staff, and administrative roles.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and ensuring a healthy employer-employee relationship.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and grievances in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals and provide regular feedback to employees.
  1. Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, employee records, and legal compliance reports.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee competencies.
  • Support management in creating leadership development initiatives.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in line with company policies.
  • Review and revise pay structures, keeping them competitive with industry standards.
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and execute engagement activities to maintain high morale and motivation within the team.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.

 

Must Have

  1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the transport and logistics sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
