Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates fo all positions, PTL Operation, FTL Operation, Audit, Fleet Operation, Fleet Maintenance, warehouse staff, and administrative roles.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and ensuring a healthy employer-employee relationship.
- Manage disciplinary processes and grievances in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals and provide regular feedback to employees.
- Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, employee records, and legal compliance reports.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee competencies.
- Support management in creating leadership development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in line with company policies.
- Review and revise pay structures, keeping them competitive with industry standards.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute engagement activities to maintain high morale and motivation within the team.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.
Must Have
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the transport and logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
