Job Description
- Monitor and Evaluate Employee Performance
- Oversee day-to-day employee performance.
- Collaborate with management to assess and address underperformance.
- Ensure Regulatory and Policy Compliance
- Verify adherence to company policies.
- Monitor compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Maintain and Update Employee Records
- Keep employee information accurate and current.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all personnel files.
- Develop and Revise Company Policies
- Update employee handbook and internal policy documents.
- Oversee revisions to benefits packages as needed.
- Facilitate Internal Communication
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management/department heads.
- Promote transparent and effective communication across teams.
- Educate Employees on Benefits and Rewards
- Conduct onboarding sessions and workshops.
- Guide employees on utilizing company benefits and reward systems.
- Support Conflict Resolution and Workplace Incidents
- Assist in corrective action processes and disciplinary measures.
- Help manage conflicts, grievances, and workplace accidents.
