We are looking for a Corporate HR- GM / Head with one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai (Male only). The location for this role is in Mumbai- Bandra west. The ideal candidate should have 15-20 years of experience in any industry and will be reporting to the Managing Director / CEO. This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday. As a strategic HR leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a future-ready talent ecosystem. Your role will involve overseeing the full spectrum of talent strategy including acquisition, development, engagement, and retention, with a focus on managing performance in deep collaboration across senior leadership. It is essential to demonstrate excellence in HR governance, analytics, performance management, and organizational development to foster a high-performance, people-centric culture.
