Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations and internal HR policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and proactively manage HR compliance and risk management.
Culture & Change Management:
- Champion corporate culture transformation initiatives, aligning with Scale 360 objectives.
- Facilitate effective organizational change, providing leadership and guidance during transitional phases.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, track HR performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards for leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor or Masters degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR management experience, with proven expertise across all HR domains.
- Demonstrated track record in strategic HR leadership, change management and implementation of effective HR frameworks.
