Profile- HR Manager

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 9+ years

Ctc- upto 10.80 lpa (depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor law-related documentation
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Track and improve employee retention metrics, identify attrition trends, and build retention plans
Coordinate and execute the performance appraisal process
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive cultural building initiatives, ensuring alignment with the companys values, vision, and fast-paced start-up work environment
Lead employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
Support organizational development and manpower planning with department heads.

Requirements (Essential Skills):

Minimum 8 to 9+ years of hands-on experience in core HR roles.
Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, compliance, and statutory obligations.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must be located in or willing to commute to Thane or nearby areas.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling the HR department.
Stable work history with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.

Immediate joiner or available within 15 days.
