The HR Manager position is a full-time on-site role located in Burhanpur. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company. Your daily tasks will include managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, designing and implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with overseeing performance management and employee relations, conducting training and development programs, and managing compensation and benefits for all employees.
