We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our HR team with various recruitment activities. Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various job portals and social media platforms - Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates - Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role - Maintain candidate databases and track their progress through the recruitment process - Assist in preparing and sending out offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates - Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions - Help with other HR related tasks as required Requirements: - Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices - Proficient in using various job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about HR and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
